Clearwater is located southeast of the intersection of Highway 284 and Sparrow Road in southern Waconia. Clearwater is a larger neighborhood that is made up of around 300 single family homes. Homes for sale in the neighborhood are primarily rambler style with prices ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 in price.

Residents of Clearwater have quick access to several of the city’s best recreational amenities, such as Clearwater Mills Park. This 2-acre, neighborhood park features an abundance of grass space and playground equipment. Other nearby parks include Wildhurst Park, Fox Run Park, and Waconia City Park. The closest school to the neighborhood is Southview Elementary School. Southview serves around 650 students in grades K-4, with a student/teacher ratio of 18.
