The Gray’s Bay neighborhood is situated on Gray’s Bay Boulevard surrounding Libbs Lake north of Minnetonka Boulevard in northwest Minnetonka. Gray’s Bay boasts approximately 150 homes, beautiful lake views, and a family-friendly community. Within the neighborhood, homes for sale range in price from $300,000 to $3.46 million.
