Terms of this Offer

By submitting your information to see if you qualify for the Twin Cities Property Finder's 'Instant Offer' Program, you agree Twin Cities Property Finder LLC, Minnesota Property Finder LLC, and Realtor David Olson LLC (TCPF, MNPF, & DORE) and its third-party investors may collect, use, and share personal information about you. You agree that TCPF, MNPF, & DORE and its third-party investors may use this information, including your name, email address, phone number, and physical address, and other information relevant to applying for the Instant Offer Program, in order to assess your qualifications for the Instant Offer Program, to provide you with an offer if you are qualified, and to send or initiate direct marketing programs.

You also agree that TCPF, MNPF, & DORE may share the information you provide with third-party investors to assess your qualifications, to secure an offer if you're eligible, and for other purposes necessary to carry out our obligations. Any third-party investors’ use of your personal information is subject to their own privacy policies. Decisions regarding your qualifications for the Instant Offer Program are made at TCPF, MNPF, & DORE and its third-party investors’ sole discretion and will be considered final and binding.

The 'Instant Offer Program' is available only for properties that meet the minimum following criteria:
Homes with a market value of $80,000 - $500,000
Only properties classified as single family or townhome. Not apartments or any property that has a common area, or shared entrance.
Up to half an acre
No well or septic
No in-ground pools
No cities with TISH or similar requirements except St. Paul, West St. Paul. Maplewood, Golden Valley, Bloomington,Richfield
No brand new construction
No properties built before 1970
No leased solar panels; owned solar panels are acceptable
No gated communities
No wood foundations
Do not have other additional unusual circumstances.

PROCESS: If the property meets the minimum criteria described herein, and you agree to participate in the Instant Offer Program, then you and TCPF, MNPF, & DORE must enter into a separate Listing Contract. TCPF, MNPF, & DORE, or a Licensee/Real Estate Salesperson, will then obtain details and pictures of your property and submit that information to any one of TCPF, MNPF, & DORE’s different Instant Offer Program third-party investors. You understand and agree that third-party investors may or may not decide to provide you with an offer, and TCPF, MNPF, & DORE has no control over whether you receive an offer. Upon receipt of any offer from the Instant Offer Program third-party investor, TCPF, MNPF, & DORE, or a Licensee/Real Estate Salesperson, will present the written offer to you for your consideration. You understand that you have the right to reject any offer that you receive from an Instant Offer Program third-party investor.

TCPF, MNPF, & DORE will rely on the accuracy of the information you provide us. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCPF, MNPF, & DORE from and against any and all claims, liability, damage, or loss arising from any misrepresentation, misstatement, omission of fact, or breach of a promise by you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCPF, MNPF, & DORE from any and all claims or liability related to damage or loss to the property or its contents, or any injury to persons in connection with the marketing of the property. Indemnification by you shall not apply if the damage, loss, or injury is the result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of TCPF, MNPF, & DORE.

MNPF, TCPF, or DORE promotions or giveaways you choose to enter;

Submitting a request for a free equity evaluation;

Signing up to receive copies of our Annual Market report, Home Buyer/Seller's guides, direct mail marketing materials, and other real estate-related materials from us, such as new listings that match your saved searches.

More specifically, these vendors use first-party and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to the Site or another site affiliated with our services.
