The Briarwood neighborhood is located on the northwest side of Chanhassen off of Lake Lucy Road just east of Galpin Boulevard. The neighborhood boasts 45 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $500,000 to $730,000. Briarwood is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes, family friendly community, and great location.

Briarwood is located within close proximity to numerous shopping, dining, and recreational amenities that can meet the needs of all residents. Minnewashta Elementary serves over 700 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 14.9. Other school in the area include Excelsior Elementary School, Minnetonka Middle School West, Minnetonka High School, Chanhassen High School, and Chapel Hill Academy.
