The neighborhood community of Broadway is located in central Wayzata off of Wayzata Boulevard between Ferndale Road and Central Avenue. Broadway is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes for sale with excellent character, family friendly community, and easy access to numerous amenities and several major highways. The neighborhood also boasts beautiful wooded scenery full of mature trees, providing residents with a quiet and secluded neighborhood atmosphere. Broadway consists of 125 single family homes featuring ranch, rambler, and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $250,000 to $1,300,000.

Broadway features excellent location within close proximity to some of the top amenities in Wayzata. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Downtown Wayzata, Colonial Square, Klapprich Park, Big Woods Preserve, Wayzata Country Club, and Woodhill Country Club. Colonial Square is located less than a mile south of Ridgeview offering some of the best shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in Wayzata. Residents of Broadway are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. Wayzata Public Schools serves over 11,000 students and is dedicated to providing an excellent education for all students. The closest school to Broadway is Wayzata West Middle School. Wayzata West serves over 700 students in 6th  through 8th grade and is dedicated to providing each student with an exceptional learning experience. Other schools in the area include Gleason Lake Elementary School, Birchview Elementary School, Wayzata High School, St Barts School, and The Blake School.
