Virtual Listing Appointments: We are happy to accommodate all SELLERS with Virtual Listing Appointments via Face Time, Google Hangout or your preferred video conferencing platforms to discuss the home selling process and to provide you with a market evaluation of your home.

E-Sign for all Documents: All listing documents and offers can be sent back and forth for digital signatures on any device via an online tool called Authentisign.

Virtual Home Staging: Empty room, and you don’t want to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a stager? We can virtual stage for you!

Virtual Home Tours: We create a 3D Interactive Virtual Tour of your home and which includes floorplans & all measurements. All first showings will be REQUIRED to be completed virtually before allowing the general public to walk through your home in person. 

Video Home Preview: Using Aerial footage and high quality videos, we create a well produced film that promotes your home, neighborhood, and lifestyle. This custom film is a commercial for your property created for social media, websites, and our e-newsletters

Virtual Showings, Inspections, & Walk Throughs: For any home that does not have a virtual tour posted, your Twin Cities Property Finder Agent will set up a virtual showing via Face Time, Google Hangout or other preferred video conferencing platform to allow you to view any property from the comfort of your home. 

Comprehensive Online Inspection Report: One of our detailed and licensed home inspectors will complete an inspection report, review it with you via a conference call, and allow you to follow along online via the TCPF Reporting tool.

E-Sign for all Documents: All offers will be sent, signed and submitted via Authentisign which allows you to perform a digital signatures from any internet connected device.

‘Places to Live‘ Neighborhood Search Tool – This is a proprietary tool found exclusively on the Twin Cities Property Finder website providing immersive & detailed information for every city in the 11 metro county area. It includes thousands of profiles on parks, schools, neighborhood amenities, and community history to help guide you to the best neighborhood and community for your lifestyle. 

‘Additional Resources, Online Loan Applications, & Service Providers‘ We don’t work 9-5p.m, we work ‘start to finish!’ If you need us evenings, weekends, or inbetween your work breaks, we’re available directly when you need us most.
