The community of Deerhaven is located on the northeast side of Plymouth off of Bass Lake Road just west of Zachary Lane. Deerhaven is an excellent community offering a mix of single family homes and townhomes. The neighborhood is situated on the northeast side of Bass Lake featuring beautiful wooded scenery and scenic views, providing residents with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. Cedar Island serves over 350 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade dedicated to providing students with an excellent educational experience. Other schools in the area include Oakview Elementary School, Maple Grove Middle School, Osseo Middle School, Osseo High School, Maranatha Christian Academy,  and Hennepin Technical College.
