Lino Lakes is home to an abundance of parks and natural amenities within its 33.21 square miles. Some of the most popular parks and amenities include:

Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve: A 5,500-acre park situated in the heart of Lino Lakes. Rice Creek is one of the largest in the seven-county metropolitan area and has much to offer. Some of the most popular options within this park reserve include Wargo Nature Center, Chomonix Golf Course, Rice Creek Campground, and Centerville Lake Beach. The park also offers picnic areas, boat launch facilities, biking and hiking trails, playgrounds, and a fishing pier.

Wargo Nature Center:  An excellent resource for Lino Lakes residents. The Joseph E. Wargo Nature Center is nestled on a peninsula overlooking George Watch Lake. Wargo is an outdoor learning center and also has a visitors’ center. Visitors can also rent canoes, kayaks, snowshoes, and kicksleds for year round fun. Wargo is accessible by road and also by a brand new bike trail. For those seeking to enjoy and learn about nature, Wargo Nature Center is the ideal amenity.

Chomonix Golf Course: Located within Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve. This course challenges golfers of all abilities and offers a true North Woods experience. Chomonix is an affordable course featuring maturing tree lined fairways, water hazards on seven holes, and abundant wildlife.

Lino Lakes is home to 15 lakes. Some of the best beaches in Lino Lakes are on Centerville Lake and Lake George. These beaches also include play equipment and volleyball courts. Because of their abundance of outdoor amenities, locals enjoy endless summer fun.
