The Reserve neighborhood is situated west of Cheshire Parkway and Stoneleigh in northwest Plymouth. The Reserve is comprised of houses as well as condominiums, boasting a family-friendly community, great homes for sale, and convenient location. Within the Reserve, there are approximately 100 single-family homes and 9 condominium buildings ranging in price from $300,000 to $400,000.

Residents of the Reserve enjoy a variety of shopping, dining, and recreational amenities, including Reserve Park, Pomerleau Lake, Eagle Lake Regional Park, Hollydale Golf Course, Rockford Road Plaza, and Rockridge Center. Independent School District 281, also known as Robbinsdale Area Schools, serves the community of the Reserve. Robbinsdale Area Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing students with an exceptional education and equipping them with the tools to succeed. One of the closest schools to The Reserve is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Pilgrim Lane Elementary School, Zachary Lane Elementary School, Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, St. Raphael Catholic School, and The FAIR School.
