The Nickel Creek neighborhood lies in the northwest corner of the City of Chaska. The neighborhood features large, wooded cal-de-sacs and easy access local dining, entertainment, and shopping. Nickel Creek is bordered by the Symphony Hills neighborhood to the north and Bavaria Hills neighborhood to the east. The neighborhood is comprised of approximately 100 single family homes constructed from 2013 – 2016,. The majority of homes for sale in Nickel Creek have a Craftsman style design and average around $421,000 in price.

Nickel Creek boasts an ideal central location that is within close proximity to several of the city’s main shopping, dining, and recreational activities. The Nickel Creek Neighborhood is a part of the Independent School District 112, also known as Eastern Carver County Schools. The closest school to the small neighborhood is Pioneer Ridge Middle School, which is located right across Highway 212. Pioneer Ridge serves students grades 6-8, providing a personalized learning experience and specialized education to meet each student’s needs. Other nearby schools include Chaska Middle School, Chaska Elementary, Southwest Christian High School, and Chaska High School.
