The neighborhood community of Pineview is located on the north side of Orono off of 6th Avenue between Old Crystal Bay Road and Willow Drive. Pineview is a small cul-de-sac community featuring excellent homes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to a wide range of amenities. The neighborhood also offers beautiful wooded scenery, providing residents with a scenic neighborhood atmosphere. Residents of Pineview are served by Independent School District 278 also known as Orono Public Schools. Orono Public Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing an individualized learning experience designed to help each student succeed. The closest school to Pineview is Orono Middle School. Orono Middle School serves over 680 students in 6th through 8th grade, offering an excellent academic Program designed to help students excel. Other school in the area include Schumann Elementary School, Orono Intermediate School, and Orono High School.
