For Minnesotans heading south
Many of my Florida clients split the year between Minnesota and the Gulf Coast. I help with both ends: selling or keeping the Minnesota home, and buying around Sarasota with an eye on construction quality, flood and wind exposure, and insurance cost before you commit.
