The neighborhood of Legacy Park is located on the north side of Plymouth off of Vicksburg Lane just south of County Road 47. Legacy Park is a newly developed community featuring a mix of townhomes and single family homes. The neighborhood offers excellent homes, family friendly community, and great location with easy access to a wide range of amenities and several major highways. Legacy Park consists of 100 single family homes featuring craftsman housing styles and over 200 townhome units. Homes for sale in the neighborhood have prices ranging from $450,000 to $700,000 while townhome units have prices ranging from $200,000 to $300,000.

The closest school to Legacy Park is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a  master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School,  West Lutheran High School, Providence Academy, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
