The Elm Creek neighborhood is located on the northwest side of Plymouth off of Schmidt Lake Road just west of Peony Lane. Elm Creek is a newer community featuring beautifully designed homes, family friendly community, and convenient location within close proximity to numerous amenities. The neighborhood consists of 130 single family homes featuring craftsman and traditional housing styles. Homes for sale in the neighborhood have prices ranging from $500,000 to $600,000.

Elm Creek boasts excellent location within close proximity to some of the top amenities in the area. The closest school to Elm Creek is Wayzata High School. Wayzata High School serves over 3,200 providing dedicated teachers committed to preparing each student to succeed. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Meadow Ridge Elementary School, Wayzata Central Middle School, Providence Academy, and West Lutheran High School.
