The neighborhood community of Cardinal Creek is located on the northeast side of Eden Prairie off of Baker Road just north of Valley View Road and south of 62nd Street. Cardinal Creek is an excellent neighborhood full of great homes, friendly residents, and beautiful mature trees.  Cardinal Creek boasts 85 single family homes featuring traditional and rambler housing styles. Homes for sale range from $400,000 to $750,000.

Cardinal Creek is situated within close proximity to numerous amenities within Eden Prairie. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to shopping, dining, and recreational amenities along with several major freeways including Highway 169, Highway 62, and Interstate 494. Some of the amenities in the area include Bryant Lake Regional Park, Shady Oak Center, Willow Park, Bent Creek Golf Club, and Eden Prairie Center. Shady Oak Center is located a couple miles east of Cardinal Creek, offering some of the best shopping and dining amenities in the area.

Residents of Cardinal Creek are served by Independent School District 272 also known as Eden Prairie Public Schools. Eden Prairie Schools seeks to provide students with a rigorous academic program while fostering a lifelong desire to learn. The closest School to Cardinal Creek is Forest Hills Elementary School. Other schools in the area include Oak Point Elementary School, Central Middle School, Eden Prairie High School, Hennepin Technical College, the International School, and Eagle Ridge Academy.
