The Woodhaven neighborhood is situated on Woodhaven Road off of Williston Road in northwest Minnetonka. Woodhaven boasts wooded scenery, great homes, and a family-friendly community. Within the neighborhood, homes for sale range in price from $300,000 to $900,000.

 

Woodhaven is within close proximity to some of the best amenities in Minnetonka. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to a variety of recreational, entertainment, shopping, and dining options, including Big Willow Park, Purgatory Park, GraysGrays Bay Public Access in Minnetonka, Minnesota Bay, Shady Oak Beach, Hollydale Golf Course, Ridgedale Center, Westwind Plaza, and Colonial Square. Big Willow is a 95-acre community park offering beautiful scenery of Minnehaha Creek, extensive walking trails, play area, open spaces, and sports fields. Purgatory is the largest community park in Minnetonka with extensive trails and open spaces. Ridgedale Center, Westwind Plaza, and Colonial Square feature some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities in the area.

 

The community of Woodhaven is served by Independent School District 270. Hopkins Public School serves about 7,200 students in grades K-12. Within the district, there are six elementary schools, twoHopkins High School in Minnetonka, Minnesota junior high schools, and one high school. One great school in ISD 270 is Hopkins High School. At Hopkins High School students in grades 10-12 are served by dedicated teachers who are committed to helping high schoolers succeed. Other schools in the area include Glen Lake Elementary, Gatewood Elementary, Hopkins West Junior High, and Mainstreet School of Performing Arts, and the Blake School.
