The neighborhood community of Primrose is located in west central Waconia off of highway 10 northwest of highway 5. Primrose is a small townhome community featuring great units for sale, family friendly atmosphere, and great location with easy access to numerous amenities. The neighborhood consists of 56 townhome units with prices ranging from $150,000 to $250,000.

Primrose offers excellent location within close proximity to some of the top amenities in Waconia. Residents of Primrose are served by Independent School District 110 also known as Waconia Public Schools. Waconia Public Schools servs 3,900 students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, providing students with an excellent educational experience. The closest school to Primrose is Waconia Middle School. Waconia Middle serves 900 students in 6th through 8th grade offering an excellent academic program designed to help excel. Other schools in the area include Bayview Elementary School, Waconia Middle, Waconia High School, and St Joseph’s Catholic School.
