The Steeplechase neighborhood lies in southwest Plymouth between Dunkirk Lane and Vicksburg Lane. Steeplechase contains around 120 single family that are primarily traditional two stories and ramblers. Homes for sale in the neighborhood have prices ranging from $300,000 to $500,000.

Steeplechase is within close proximity to some of the best shopping, dining, and recreational amenities in Plymouth’s. Just a couple miles to the south is Parker’s Lake Golf Center. This golf center is owned and operated by Hennepin County and features a full length driving range and a 9-hole chip-n-putt. Also located nearby are several lakes including Parker Lake and Parkers Lake Community Play Field. Residents of Greentree Forest are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. Wayzata Public Schools is an excellent school district dedicated to providing students with an exceptional education designed to inspire them and help them excel. The closest school to Greentree Forest is Wayzata Oakwood Elementary School. Oakwood serves  575 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade providing an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Other schools in the area include Plymouth Creek Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School, West Lutheran High School, Providence Academy, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
