Crystal Creek lies in the northern end of the City of Orono between Crystal Creek and Old Crystal Bay Road. This small neighborhood consists of around 13 single family homes that range between $800,000 to $1,200,000 in price. This executive homes are primarily two story ramblers situated spacious lots. Crystal Creek has much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to some of the best amenities in Orono.

 

Crystal Creek also boasts easy access to a wide range of amenities within Orono. Residents of the neighborhood are within close Orono Baseball Fields in Orono, Minnesotaproximity to several recreational amenities including Noerenberg Memorial County Park, Minnetonka Center for the Arts, Orono Country Club, and Wolsfeld Woods Scientific and Natural Area. Residents of the Crystal Creek neighborhood are served by Independent School District 278 also known as Orono Public Schools. Orono High School in Orono, MinnesotaOrono Public Schools serves around 2,000 students in grades K-12. The closest school to Crystal Creek is Orono Intermediate School. Orono Intermediate School serves over 630 students in 3rd through 5th grade, providing students with challenging academic program designed to help them excel. Other schools in the area include Schumann Elementary School, Orono Middle School, and Orono High School.
