Bohns Point is a waterfront neighborhood located on the north shore of Crystal Bay of the City of Orono. Bohns Point is a small, quiet neighborhood consisting of just 30 single family homes that range between $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 in price. The neighborhood’s greatest amenity is its premium location on the shoreline of the lake, which provides endless opportunities of recreational activities, entertainment, and incredible views.

The Bohn Point neighborhood is also close to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities within the City of Orono, including Norenberg Memorial Park. This beautiful park is regarded as one of the finest gardens in Minnesota and is the perfect destination for a quiet stroll. Another nearby amenity is the Minnetonka Center for the Arts, which lies a couple miles to the east of Bohns Point. Minnetonka Center for the Arts offers classes, exhibits, outreach, and a cafe in order to make art accessible to the surrounding community. Bohns Point is a part of Independent School District 278, also known as Orono School District, which serves around 2,000 students in grades K-12. All of the Orono schools are uniquely located in one located along Old Crystal Bay Road North and Lake Classen to the west. Orono Intermediate Elementary School serves around 700 students in grades 6-8. Class sizes average around 17 students per teacher. Other schools in the area include Schumann Elementary, Orono Senior High, and Orono Intermediate School.
