The Evergreen neighborhood is situated in northeast Plymouth south of Bass Lake Road between Zachery Lane and Pineview Lane. Evergreen is a beautiful family-friendly community surrounding Bass Lake. Within the neighborhood, there are several hundred single-family homes featuring rambler and traditional styles ranging in price from $200,000 to $1.25 million. Evergreen has much to offer including great homes, family friendly community, and easy access to a wide range of amenities.

Evergreen lies within close proximity to numerous recreational amenities in the area, including Schmidt Lake, Schmidt Lake Park, Zachary Playfield, Rockridge Center, Clifton French Regional Park, Rock Road Plaza, and Bass Lake. A portion of Deerwood backs up to the southeast side of Schmidt Lake, which provide beautiful scenic views and lake access. The Evergreen neighborhood is served by Independent School District 281 also known as Robbinsdale Public Schools. There are numerous schools within close proximity to Evergreen with the closest being Zachary Lane Elementary School. Zachary Lane serves 560 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.5. Zachary Lane provides an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience by fostering a strong partnership between students, teachers, and parents. Other schools in the area include Pilgrim Lane Elementary School, Zachary Lane Elementary School, Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, St. Raphael Catholic School, and The FAIR School.
