Yukon is a neighborhood in West Bloomington that is situated between Bloomington Ferry Road and Lindstrom Drive. Yukon is an average-sized neighborhood that consists of around 150 single family homes that range from $300,000 to $600,000 in price. House styles in the neighborhood are primarily for ranches and ramblers. Yukon is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and central location.
There are plenty of shopping, dining, and recreational amenities for residents of Yukon to enjoy in the surrounding area, including several parks such as Hyland Park. Located a few miles to the north, Hyland Park Preserve is spread out of 2,565 acres of land with an abundance of trails and recreational activities such as skiing, snowboarding, disc golf, cycling, camping, and more. The closest dining destination in the area lies a few miles to the southwest and includes popular restaurants such as Dominoes, Subway, and Burger King. The closest school to the Yukon neighborhood is Bethany Academy, which serves students in grades K-12. Bethany educates from a Christian worldview while providing small class sizes and nurturing strong friendships among students. Other nearby schools include Normandale Hills Elementary, Olson Elementary, Valley View Middle School, Jefferson High School, and Normandale Community College.
