The neighborhood community of Foxglove is located on the northeast side of Victoria off of highway 7 just west of Rolling Acres Road. Minnewashta Elementary School serves 840 students in kindergarten through 5th grade, providing students with a personalized learning experience designed to help them excel. Other schools in the area include Minnetonka Middle School West, Excelsior Elementary School, Minnetonka High School, and Holy Family Catholic High School.
