The neighborhood community of Lynnwood is located on the southeast side of Waconia off of Klein Road just east of Engler Boulevard. Lynnwood is a rural community featuring excellent homes for sale with lots of space and family friendly community. The neighborhood also features beautiful wooded scenery with scenic views of Reitz Lake. Lynnwood features excellent location within close proximity to some of the top amenities in Waconia. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Clearwater Mills Park, Klein Drive Park, Downtown Waconia, Waconia Marketplace, and Lake Waconia Regional Park. Residents of Lynwood are served by Independent School District 110 also known as Waconia Public Schools. Waconia Public Schools serves 3,900 students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, providing an excellent academic program. The closest school to Lynnwood is Laketown Elementary School. Laketown serves 550 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, seeking to provide students with an excellent educational experience designed to help students foster a desire to learn. Other schools in the area include Southview Elementary School, Waconia Middle School, Waconia High School.
