The neighborhood of Sherwood Hills is located on the northeast side of Minnetonka off of Hilloway Road just east of Plymouth Road. Sherwood Hills is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes, family friendly environment, and convenient location with easy access to a wide range of amenities. The neighborhood also offers beautiful wooded scenery, providing residents with a private neighborhood setting. Sherwood Hills boasts 45 single family homes featuring ranch, rambler, and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $330,000 to $1,400,000.

Sherwood Hills is located within close proximity to a wide variety of amenities in Minnetonka. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Ridgedale Center, Ridgehaven Mall, Minneapolis Country Club, Big Willow Park, Meadow Park, Grays Bay Park, and Minnehaven Square. Big Willow Park is a 95 acre park offering a wide range of recreational amenities and activities including 2.5 miles of trails, baseball fields, softball fields, a soccer field, and more. Sherwood Hills also offers easy access to Ridgedale Center, offering some of the top shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in the area.

Residents of Sherwood Hills are served by Independent School District 270 also known as Hopkins Public Schools. Hopkins Public Schools serves 7,200 students in Kindergarten through 12th grades offering an exceptional educational experience designed to help students excel. The closest school to Sherwood Hills is Hopkins High School. Hopkins High School serves over 1600 students in 10th through 12th grades, offering a Rigorous academic program designed to help students succeed. Other schools in the area include Eisenhower Elementary School, Alice Smith Elementary School, Hopkins North Junior High School,  Fourth Baptist Christian School, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
