The neighborhood of Sheridan Hills is located on the northwest side of Minnetonka off of Crosby Lane between Wayzata Boulevard and McGinty Road. Sheridan Hills offers a quiet and scenic neighborhood atmosphere featuring densely wooded scenery full of mature trees. The neighborhood provides residents with the feeling of a rural community while still having easy access to wide range of city amenities. Birchview Elementary serves over 600 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade and is dedicated to providing each student with an exceptional learning experience.
