Savannah Hills Preserves is situated on the west side of Orono off of Leaf Street between Watertown Road and Fox Street. Savannah Hills Preserve is an excellent neighborhood featuring great homes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to some of the best amenities in Orono. The neighborhood also offers lots of space between each home, providing residents with a rural neighborhood setting. Orono Public Schools serves around 2,000 students in grades K-12. The closest school to Savannah Hill Preserve is Orono Intermediate School. Orono Intermediate School serves over 630 students in 3rd through 5th grade, providing students with challenging academic program designed to help them excel. Other schools in the area include Schumann Elementary School, Orono Middle School, and Orono High School.
