The neighborhood community of East Long Lake is located on the northeast side of Orono off Old Long Lake Road just northeast of Wayzata Boulevard. East Long Lake is an excellent community with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to some of the best amenities in Orono. Schumann Elementary serves over 500 students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade, offering an excellent educational experience designed to help students succeed. Other school in the area include Orono Intermediate School, Orono Middle School, and Orono High School.
