The Harrison Hills neighborhood is situated on the northeast side of Plymouth off of Trenton Lane N between Bass Lake Road and Zachary Lane. Residents of Harrison Hills are served by Independent School District 279 also known as Osseo Area Schools. Osseo Area Schools is the 5th largest school district in Minnesota offering top-notch education, designed to prepare students for the real world. One school in the area is Cedar Island Elementary School. Cedar Island serves over 350 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade dedicated to providing students with an excellent educational experience. Other schools in the area include Oakview Elementary School, Maple Grove Middle School, Osseo Middle School, Osseo High School, Maranatha Christian Academy,  and Hennepin Technical College.
