Tuscany Hills, also known as Neighborhood 10, is located on the northwest side of Chaska located 1 mile north of highway 212 within The Jonathan Association. The Jonathan Association is a community of neighborhoods within the City of Chaska spread out across 2,200 acres with 24,000 residents. The Jonathan Association offers excellent housing, great residents, and unique trail system connecting the community.

Tuscany Hills is located within close proximity to numerous amenities including some of the top shopping, dining, recreational, and grocery amenities. Residents of Tuscany Hills have easy access to Chaska Town Course, Chaska Community Park, The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Chaska Par 30, Chaska Commons Shopping Center, and Two Twelve Medical Center. Chaska Commons is located 1 mile east of the neighborhood featuring some of the top shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in Chaska. One of the best amenities available to residents of Neighborhood 10 and The Jonathan Association is The Jonathan Trail System. Residents within Tuscany Hills are served by Independent School District 112 also known as Eastern Carver County Schools. Jonathan Elementary is located less than a mile from the neighborhood, serving 590 students in K-5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.4. Other schools in the area include Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, Jonathan Montessori School, The World Learner School, and Southwest Christian High School.
