Founders Ridge is a newer development with 23 single family homes on the southwest side of Chaska Minnesota. It’s newer homes and larger yards make it an attractive destination and neighborhood to call home. Many of the houses were built after 2015 and are two-story craftsman style designs. Houses typically range from $425,000 to $600,000 in price.
The neighborhood has so much to offer with easy access to numerous amenities within the city. Founders Ridge is located less than a mile from downtown Chaska and is East of Highway 212 providing residents easy access to some of Chaska‘s top shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities. Other amenities residents of Founders Ridge have access to includes Chaska Community Center, Firemen’s Park, Chaska Commons Shopping Center, Hazeltine National Golf Club, and Two Twelve Medical Center.
The Founders Ridge neighborhood also has access to numerous schools within the city of Chaska. Residents of Founders Ridge are served by Independent School District 112 also known as Eastern Carver County Schools. ISD 112 seeks to provide a personalized learning experiences for each student. One of the closest schools to Founders Ridge is Chaska Middle School West. Chaska Middle School West serves 740 students in 6th-8th grade with a student-teacher ratio of 16.1. Other schools in the area include Chaska Elementary School, Pioneer Ridge Middle School, Chaska High School, and Southwest Christian High School.
