Clover Ridge is one of 4 neighborhoods within the development of Clover Ridge located on the west side of Chaska just off highway 212. The development of Clover Ridge is split into 4 separate neighborhoods: Clover Field, Clover Ridge, Clover Preserve, and Traditions at Clover Ridge.

The Clover Ridge neighborhood features 95 single family homes and 42 townhomes with the majority of homes featuring a craftsman design. Single family homes for sale in the area start around $300,000. Clover Ridge Elementary School Serving 676 students in K-5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.4. Other Schools available to residents of Clover Ridge are Chaska Elementary School, Chaska Middle School West, Chaska High School, and Southwest Christian High School.
