The Clover Field Neighborhood is located on the northwest side of the City of Chaska. It is one of four neighborhoods in the Clover Ridge development and is located on the north side of development. The neighborhood contains around 160 single family homes, 9 townhomes, and 4 apartment buildings. Residents enjoy the neighborhood’s playground and Southwest Transit Park & Ride.

Single family homes are primarily craftsman style with a mix of single and two story houses. Single family homes for sale range from $150,000 to $400,000. There are also 9 townhome buildings in Clover Field, each containing 6 living units. Prices for townhomes range from around $150,000 to $200,000. Clover Field is also home to a unique assortment of apartment buildings known as Clover Field Marketplace. Clover Ridge Elementary School is the closest school to Clover Field and is located just north of the neighborhood. Clover Ridge Elementary School Serves 676 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with a student teacher ratio of 16.4.
