The Chasewood Gate neighborhood is situated in southeast Minnetonka just northeast of the intersection of County Road 61 and Highway 62. The neighborhood contains around 150 townhome units and 20 single family craftsman style homes. Townhome units for sale range from $130,000 to $360,000. Single family homes for sale range from $520,000 to $580,000 in price.

Chasewood Gate boasts an excellent location within the City of Minnetonka. Several of the city’s amenities are within easy driving distance to the community, such as Bryant Lake, Shady Oak Beach, Glen Lake Golf Course, and several shopping and dining destinations. Bryant Lake lies just over Highway 62 in Eden Prairie and is one of the largest parks in the area. Bryant Lake sits on 170 acres of land and features rolling hills, prairies, wetlands, and woodlands. Popular activities include disc golf and swimming in Bryant Lake. Some of the closest restaurants to Chasewood Gate include Jimmy’s Kitchen and Bar, YoYo Donuts Coffee Ice Cream, and Famous Dave’s. Residents of Chasewood Gate are served by the Hopkins School District. The Hopkins School District serves seven different western suburbs of Minneapolis and approximately 8,000 students in grades K-12. The closest school to the neighborhood is Eagle Ridge Academy which serves students in grades K-12. Eagle Ridge is a public charter school that offers rigorous courses and time-tested classical, liberal arts curriculum. Other nearby schools include Lionsgate Academy, International School, Glen Lake Elementary, and Gatewood Elementary School.
