The Cavell neighborhood is located in northwest portion of Bloomington, Minnesota south of W 98th street between Bloomington Ferry Road and Highway 169. Cavell is a community of approximately 40 townhomes and 40 single-family houses. Homes within this neighborhood range in price from $150,000 to $400,000. Cavell is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to numerous amenities.

Residents of Cavell have easy access to many of the best amenities throughout the City of Bloomington. The Cavell neighborhood is served by Independent School District 271 also known as Bloomington Public Schools. Bloomington Public Schools seeks to provide lifelong learning opportunities for community members of all ages. Poplar Bridge Elementary serves residents of Cavell. Residents of Cavell are within the attendance area for Thomas Jefferson High School. Other schools in the area include Ridgeview Elementary, Normandale Hills Elementary, Olson Middle School, and John F. Kennedy High School.
