The neighborhood community of Sandpiper Ponds is located on the north side of Plymouth off of Fernbrook Lane just south of Schmidt Lake Road. Sandpiper Ponds is a townhome community featuring excellent townhomes for sale, family friendly community, and easy access to a wide variety of amenities. The neighborhood consists of 60 townhome units with prices ranging from $200,000 to $300,000.

Sandpiper Ponds boasts excellent location within close proximity to some of the best shopping, dining, and recreational amenities in Plymouth. The closest school to Sandpiper Ponds is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a  master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School, West Lutheran High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
