The neighborhood community of Steeple Hill is located on the northwest side of Plymouth off of County Road 47 just West of Vicksburg Lane. Steeple Hill is a newer community featuring beautifully designed homes, family friendly community, and easy access to a wide range of amenities within Plymouth. Homes for sale in the neighborhood feature craftsman and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $550,000 to $700,000.

Steeple Hill features excellent location within close proximity to some of the best amenities in Plymouth. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Hollydale Golf Course, Woodland Trails Park, Fairway Greens Park, Plymouth Creek Park, Rockford Plaza, and Plymouth City Center. The closest school to Woodcrest Hills is Providence Academy. Providence serves around 800 students in grades K-12. There are over 100 faculty and staff, 60% of which holds a master’s degrees and 8% a PhD. Other schools in the area include Kimberly Lane Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School,  West Lutheran High School, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
