Ridge Neighborhood

Deer Ridge is a small, executive neighborhood that is located on the west side of Bloomington off of East Bush Lake Road near the Richardson Nature Center. Deer Ridge consists of five executive homes that range between $800,000 to $1,700,000 in price. The secluded neighborhood is surrounded by numerous mature trees and has an abundance of space. Deer Ridge is an excellent enighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and convenient location.

Residents of Deer Ridge have easy access to several nearby parks, including Hyland Park to the east and Bush Lake Park to the south. The closest shopping center to Deer Ridge is the Eden Prairie Shopping Center to the west across Highway 169. The shopping center has a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options including JCPenney, Target, Great Mandarin, and AMC Theatre.

Deer Ridge is a part of Independent School District 271, also known as Bloomington Public Schools, which has served the entire City of Bloomington since 1917. The closest school to the Deer Ridge neighborhood is Ridgeview Elementary, which serves around 400 students in grades K-5. The student to teacher ratio at the school is 16.3 and is ranked first among elementary schools in Bloomington. Other nearby schools include Normandale Hills Elementary, Bethany Academy, and Olson Elementary and Middle School.
