The Walton Oaks neighborhood lies in West Bloomington on the northside of Bush Lake between Lakeview Road and West Bush Lake Road. Walton Oaks is a well-established neighborhood that consists of ranches and two story traditional homes. House prices range from $300,000 to $400,000 on the west side of the neighborhood and $400,000 to $600,000 for homes near the lake. There are approximately 100 single family homes in Walton Oaks.
Residents of Walton Oaks have easy access to several nearby parks, including Hyland Park to the east and Bush Lake Park to the south.
