Byre Park is located in between Nesbitt Avenue, Normandale Boulevard, 102nd Street, and Old Shakopee Road. Brye Park is a larger neighborhood that is made up of around 200 single family homes ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 in price. House styles in the neighborhood are primarily a mix of ramblers and split levels.
One of the best amenities available to residents of Byre Park is the abundance of parks located nearby. Parks within close proximity to the neighborhood include Highland Greens Golf to the south, Tarnhill Park to the east, and Hyland Park to the west. Within these three parks, visitors can enjoy recreational amenities such as golfing, skiing and snowboarding, fishing, boating, and more.
