The community of Woodstone is located on the south side of Victoria off of Deer Run Drive just west of Victoria Drive and south of Church Lake Boulevard. Woodstone is situated on the north side of Deer Run Golf Club, featuring scenic views and wooded scenery, providing residents with a quiet and secluded neighborhood atmosphere. The neighborhood boasts 155 single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $400,000 to $1,800,000.
