The neighborhood community of Queensland is located on the west side of Plymouth off of County Road 24 just west of highway 101. Queensland is an older community featuring older homes with great character and scenic wooded environment full of mature trees. The neighborhood boasts 60 single family homes featuring rambler, ranch, and split level housing styles with prices ranging from $250,000 to $350,000. The closest school to Queensland is Greenwood Elementary School. Greenwood serves over 850 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade providing an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Other schools in the area include Plymouth Creek Elementary School, Central Middle School, Wayzata High School, West Lutheran High School, Providence Academy, and Fourth Baptist Christian School.
