The Manchester Place neighborhood is situated on Sussex Drive south of Minnetonka Boulevard and east of Tonkawood Road in northwest Minnetonka. Other schools in the area include Minnetonka Middle School East, Minnetonka High School, Sleepy Tigers Chinese Immersion Preschool, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
