Copperfield is located on the northwest side of Minnetonka off of McGinty Road just west of Interstate 494. Copperfield offers a quiet and secluded neighborhood atmosphere featuring wooded scenery full of mature trees. The neighborhood boasts 5o single family homes featuring rambler and traditional housing styles with prices ranging from $550,000 to $850,000. Copperfield is a great community with much to offer including excellent homes for sale, family friendly community, and convenient location.

Copperfield boasts great location within close proximity to some of the best amenities in the Minnetonka. Residents of the neighborhood have easy access to several shopping, dining, and recreational amenities including Wayzata Country Club, Ridgedale Center, Ridgehaven Mall, Big Willow Park, Grays Bay Dam Park, and the Big Woods Preserve. Ridgedale Center is located less than 10 minutes east of Copperfield, offering some of the best shopping, dining, and grocery amenities in the area. Some of these amenities include Target, Byerlys, Best Buy, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Champs, Chipotle, and Panera Bread.

Residents of Copperfield are served by Independent School District 284 also known as Wayzata Public Schools. Wayzata Public Schools serves over 11,000 students and is dedicated to providing an excellent education for all students. The closest school to Copperfield is Birchview Elementary School. Birchview Elementary serves over 600 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade and is dedicated to providing each student with an exceptional learning experience. Other schools in the area include Gleason Lake Elementary School, Wayzata East Middle School, Wayzata High School, West Lutheran High School, Fourth Baptist, and Minnetonka Christian Academy.
