The Waters Edge neighborhood lies just north of the intersection of Dominick Drive and Shady Oak Road in southeast Minnetonka. Waters Edge consists entirely of townhomes ranging from $480,000 to $560,000. This beautiful neighborhood has just under 20 townhouse units that sit on the waterfront of Shady Oak Lake.

The Waters Edge neighborhood boasts an excellent location within the City of Minnetonka. The closest school to Waters Edge neighborhood is Eagle Ridge Academy which serves students in grades K-12. Eagle Ridge is a public charter school that offers rigorous courses and time-tested classical, liberal arts curriculum. Other nearby schools include Lionsgate Academy, International School, Glen Lake Elementary, and Gatewood Elementary School.
