The Clarion Hills neighborhood lies in southeast Minnetonka just northwest of the intersection of County Road 61 and Highway 62. The neighborhood consists of around 50 single family homes and 13 duplexes. The majority of homes for sale in the neighborhood feature rambler and craftsman styles ranging from $300,000 to $900,000.
Clarion Hills boasts an excellent location within the City of Minnetonka. Several of the city’s best recreational amenities are within easy driving distance to the community, such as Bryant Lake, Shady Oak Beach, Glen Lake Golf Course, and several shopping and dining destinations. Bryant Lake lies just over Highway 62 in Eden Prairie and is one of the largest parks in the area. Bryant Lake sits on 170 acres of land and features rolling hills, prairies, wetlands, and woodlands. The Hopkins School District serves seven different western suburbs of Minneapolis and approximately 8,000 students in grades K-12. The closest school to the neighborhood is Eagle Ridge Academy which serves students in grades K-12. Eagle Ridge is a public charter school that offers rigorous courses and time-tested classical, liberal arts curriculum. Other nearby schools include Lionsgate Academy, International School, Glen Lake Elementary, Gatewood Elementary School, Hopkins Norht Juniro High School, and Hopkins High School.
