The Glenridge neighborhood is located in southwest Minnetonka between Woodhill Road and Woodridge Road. Glenridge is an average-sized neighborhood that is composed of around 140 single family homes. Homes in the neighborhood are a mix of ranche and traditional two story housing styles. Homes for sale in the neighborhood have prices ranging from $300,000 to $600,000.

Glenridge is close to several of Minnetonka’s finest amenities, such as Kinsel Park. Kinsel Park features recreational amenities such as picnic shelters, trails, and boardwalks. The park has several recreational amenities such as trails, football/soccer field, hockey rink, tennis court, horseshoes, and playground equipment. Another nearby amenity is Glen Lake Golf Course, which is open to the public, and is the perfect recreational course for any skill level with sand and grass bunkers, water hazards, and dramatic elevation changes. The nearest shopping and dining amenities can be found at Ridgedale Shopping Center, which lies a few miles to the north along 394 and contains popular stores such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, JCPenney, and Sears.

Residents of Glenridge are served by Independent School District 276 also known as Minnetonka Public Schools. The Minnetonka School District serves 10,400 students in 14 different schools. The closest school to Glenridge is Glen Lake Elementary. Glen Lake serves around 470 students with a student/teacher ratio of 15. Other nearby schools include Minnetonka High School, Scenic Heights Elementary, Minnetonka middle School East, Minnetonka Middle School West, Minnetonka Christian Academy, and Primrose School of Minnetonka.
