Situated on the southeast corner of Olympic Hills Golf Course in Eden Prairie is the Brassie neighborhood. The neighborhood is primarily newer construction ramblers. Homes for sale range from $350,000 to $600,000 in price. Brassie is a smaller neighborhood of 15 homes on a quiet street and offers beautiful views of the golf course. One of the greatest amenities to residents is Olympia Hills, which contains an 18-hole course that is renowned as one of the best in the state.
