The Meadowbrook neighborhood is located in south central St. Louis Park in Ward 3. Meadowbrook is bordered by the CP Railroad to the north, Excelsior Boulevard to the south, Louisiana Boulevard to the east, and the city of Hopkins to the west. The northern and western part of the Meadowbrook neighborhood is mainly industrial while the south and south and southeast are residential areas. Meadowbrook is home to Meadowbrook Manor which is a large apartment complex located on Excelsior Boulevard built in the 1950’s. Meadowbrook is home to 561 apartments and 38 townhouses. The neighborhood is comprised of 172.8 acres, which is 2 residential blocks, and has a population of nearly 1,000.
Meadowbrook Collaborative is a partnership between the city of St Louis Park, St Louis Park Schools, Park Nicollet Health Services, and the Ridgedale YMCA. The Collaborative is designed to ensure that residents health, education, and safety needs are met.

Some of the amenities within Knollwood include Cub Foods, Kohl’s, TJ Maxx Homegoods, Old Navy, DSW Shoe Warehouse, and Foss Swim School. Creekside Park: Creekside Park is located in the north central part of the neighborhood on Minnehaha Creek. Creekside Park offers walking paths and open space for residents to enjoy the beautiful scenery around Minnehaha Creek.
