The neighborhood community of Creekside is located on the west side of Plymouth off of Rockford Road just east of Plymouth Boulevard. Creekside is a townhome neighborhood featuring great units, family friendly, excellent location with easy access to numerous amenities and several major highways. The neighborhood boasts 200 townhome units for sale with prices ranging from $150,000 to $250,000.

Creekside offers excellent location within close proximity to a wide variety of amenities in Plymouth. Plymouth Creek serves over 750 students in Kindergarten through 5th grade providing an excellent educational program designed to enrich each student’s learning experience. Other schools in the area include Plymouth Creek Elementary, Kimberly Lane Elementary, Central Middle School, and West Lutheran High School.
